Drink your water!

Most of us live such busy lives that taking care of our own body is not something thing that gets our attention the way it should.Yes we can enrich the look and appearance with make up but what about internal health.We ignore the basic things our body needs and one of them is water.I myself was guilty of not drinking enough water until sometime ago when my body started to experience inflammation and I started to watch my eating and drinking habits(meaning coffee and tea and juice,I neither drink alcohol nor do I smoke).I realised I was consuming less than 8 glasses of water a day(recommended by doctors)which was not only making me look pale but also causing lack of energy.

Earlier on, as I get up I would straight head to the kitchen to make tea but now I make sure I drink 2-3 glasses of water before feeding my body anything else.It not only gets your metabolism working but also cools down your body.Our body consists of 70% of waters and that doesn’t include fluids like caffeine, tea and juices.If you don’t like the taste of plain water, you can add lime(which is again a great source of Vit.c)or mint(a coolant)or fruits like orange, grapefruit,peach etc.which have high water content.

Start small, but start today!
