I discovered this scrub two weeks ago when I ran out of my regular scrub and had to make do with whatever was available…. I know sea salt is a great exfoliator and helps remove dead cells but little did I know that the salt we use in cooking can do a great job too.
2.Helps in blood circulation
3.Removes dead cells
4.Encourages regeneration of skin which tightens skin and prevents discoloration.
Rose water :-2-3 drops
Direction:- Steam face to open up the pores. If you are unable to steam you can also use a toner.
Mix the ingredients and scrub gently in circular motions for 2-3 min
Wash off with lukewarm water.
Apply your favourite face pack or (link)
Apply eye cream. (i usually dont apply moisturiser when I do face clean up but you can if you wish to especially if your skin tends to get dry)
Precaution:- Do not over exfoliate. Stick to doing it twice a week.
Check for allergies.
Make sure the salt has no foreign particles.
